Each daily dose (3 sprays) provides 3000 IU (75 μg) vitamin D3 and 75 μg vitamin K2 (MK‑7). The micro‑emulsified oral spray produces a plume of fine droplets that coat the inner cheek soft tissue, delivering nutrients into the rich vein system for rapid uptake. Natural peppermint flavour makes it easy to administer; shake well, prime the pump (press 3 times) and spray against the inner cheek. Directions:

Adults: use 3 sprays daily – 3 sprays contains 75μg (3000 IU) vitamin D3 and 75μg of vitamin K2 (MK-7). On initial usage press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing. Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth or ideally on the inside of your cheek. Replace cap after use. Once opened, use within 6 months. Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.
