Holland & Barrett Bee Pollen 500mg Tablets contains Bee Pollen from natural Bee products. These tablets are suitable for vegetarians and can be swallowed or chewed. Flower pollen collected on the legs and bodies of bees are referred as Bee pollen. It can also include some nectar and bee saliva. They may vary in colour and flavour depending upon the season of harvest of the Bee Pollen as this is a natural product.

Directions:
Take one to two tablets daily, preferably with a meal. May be chewed or swallowed. Do not exceed stated dose.
