What is glucosamine sulphate?
Glucosamine sulphate is a naturally occurring amino sugar that can be found throughout your body. It helps to make up the liquid that surrounds the joints in your body, allowing them to move and function normally. Your body uses it to make macromolecules like glycosaminoglycans, glycolipids and glycoproteins, which help the body to produce cartilage, ligaments, tendons, muscles and synovial fluids – the main components of your joints.
What are joints?
The jury is out on the definition of joints: some people say it is the point in which two bones connect and others say it is the point where bones connect in order to move our body parts.
