Almond

Almond is a valuable nut with multiple health benefits. Almonds have unusually large amounts of protein and α-tocopherol compared to other nuts.

 

Sunflower seeds

Sunflower seeds are of great nutritional value. They are a rich source of unsaturated fatty acids, protein, fibers, Vitamin E, B1, B5, B6, Selenium, Copper, Zinc, Folic acid and Iron. They show antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and bactericidal properties.

 

Rice

Rice is a widespread food. The amino acid profile of Rice bran shows higher concentrations of aspartic and glutamic acid. In addition, Rice bran is a great source of Thiamine (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Niacin (Vitamin B3) and antioxidants. Inulin
