Lifeplan's WindAway Activated Charcoal activated charcoal is unique because it is steam activated, which increases its absorptive power. Most activated charcoal is chemically treated to achieve the same affect. WindAway is not chemically treated.

Directions:

Take 3 capsules at least 30 minutes before a meal and 3 capsules shortly after eating, as required. Activated Charcoal contributes to reducing excessive flatulence after eating if the recommended dosage is taken (1g at least 30 minutes before, and 1g shortly after a meal).
