Vitamin B6, 0.7mg (50% RDA) *RDA: Recommended Daily Intake Usage Instructions Children 6 - 12 years: Take 1 capsule half an hour before travel and 1 capsule every 4 hours for the duration of the trip. Children over 12 years & Adults: Take 2 capsules half an hour before travel and 1 capsule every 2 to 4 hours as needed. Do not exceed 5 capsules per day.
