It is recommended that two portions of fish should be eaten every week, one of these being oily fish - as fish oils are rich in Omega 3 fatty acids. Specially formulated for children over the age of 3, this multivitamin contains essential vitamins and minerals such as vitamin D for normal growth and development of bones, and also contributes to the maintenance of normal teeth and vitamin A which contributes to the maintenance of normal vision. As well as vitamin E which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and vitamin C which contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
