Instructions of use:

Take with a meal.

Contraindications:

Contraindicated with concomitant anticoagulant treatment, as the risk of bleeding may increase.

Side effects:

In high doses of Vitamin E (over 1200 IU on a daily basis and for long-term use) fatigue, nausea, palpitations and an increase in blood pressure may be observed.

Cautions:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
