For a natural night's sleep, Nelsons Rescue Remedy Night Spray contains Bach flower essences in an easy to use spray. Rescue Night is a combination of the flower essences of Rock Rose, Impatiens, Clematis, Star of Bethlehem, Cherry Plum with White Chestnut.

The Bach essence White Chestnut has been used to help switch off the mind from unwanted repetitive thoughts. These flower essences combine to help you enjoy a natural night's sleep.

Directions:

Activate the spray pump before use, bring the spray nozzle up to the mouth apply 2 sprays on the tongue. Do not spray into the throat or eyes.
