Directions:

Adults: use 3 sprays daily – 3 sprays contains 75μg (3000 IU) vitamin D3 and 75μg of vitamin K2 (MK-7). On initial usage press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing. Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth or ideally on the inside of your cheek. Replace cap after use. Once opened, use within 6 months. Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.

Keep out of reach and sight of children. Do not exceed recommended dosage – excessive consumption may produce laxative effects. If you are taking anti-coagulants (blood thinners) and/or other products containing vitamin K, only use this product on the advice of a doctor. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
