1 effervescent tablet daily.

Instructions of use:

1 effervescent tablet daily, dissolved in 200 ml of water, before meals. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Contraindications:

Magnesium should only be taken with a prescription in cases of kidney or cardiovascular disease. Its bioavailability increases with the simultaneous intake of vitamin D, while it decreases with the intake of plant fibers.

Taking antibiotics, antihypertensive drugs against infections, estrogens, contraceptives, anti-inflammatories and bronchodilators increase the need for B6. Avoid taking B6 if you are taking dopaminergic drugs.

Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, nursing, on medication or have health problems.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Contains sorbitol, excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
