What is it?

Holland & Barrett Psyllium Husk capsules provide an easy way to add valuable bulk to your diet. Psyllium husk can support with bowel regularity. Not intended for use by persons under the age of 12.

Directions:

Take two capsules three times a day with a minimum of one cup (250ml) of water, 30-60 minutes before meals. Do not exceed stated dose.
