My Elements Arthrosyn+ is a dietary supplement that contains glucosamine sulfate, chondroitin sulfate, vitamin C and manganese to support joint health. It also provides relief from joint pain and inflammation while supporting joint and cartilage mobility.

Specifically:

Glucosamine Sulphate is a polysaccharide, which is the main component of connective tissue and collagen, as its main action is to provide resilience to tissues and joints. The sulfate form of glucosamine shows maximum absorption.**
Chondroitin Sulfate is a component of joint cartilage.**
Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the normal function of cartilage and bones.*
Manganese contributes to maintaining the normal state of bones and the normal formation of connective tissue.*
Glucosamine works synergistically with chondroitin to provide more elasticity to cartilage.**

In addition, collagen is the main protein of bones and cartilage in the human body. Type II collagen is present in the cartilage of the joints and is what contributes to maintaining the integrity of the cartilage, the tissue that protects the joints.**

Instructions of use:

1 sachet per day, dissolved in 250 ml of water, with the meal. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Contraindicated by people with shellfish allergy.
