1 effervescent tablet daily

Instructions of use:

It is recommended to dissolve 1 effervescent tablet daily, in 200 ml of water, before a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Contraindications:

The use of very high doses of Vitamin C (over 2000mg) is recommended to be avoided in people with kidney problems.

Also, people with kidney stones, uric acid stones or with a deficiency of the G6PD enzyme should avoid supplemental intake of Vitamin C. Conversely, if you are on any treatment, consult your doctor about taking it, as some increase the body's need for the vitamin C.

Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication or you are experiencing health problems.

Side effects:

At doses greater than 2000 mg per day and with long-term use, side effects such as diarrhea, nausea and the formation of oxalate stones in the kidneys may be observed.
