What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?

• The sea buckthorn plant originates in the Himalayas. Relatively few plant species are good sources of essential fatty acids, but this oil provides polyunsaturated Omega 7 fatty acids, as well as Omega 3 (alpha linolenic acid), Omega 6 (linoleic acid) and Omega 9 (oleic acid).
• Alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA) contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2g of ALA.
